Our History
The company was built on the military expertise of its founding members. It grew from the transfer of IP rights for Bourassa's inventions. These were respiratory assistance devices adapted to respirator and gas mask technologies. The transfer came from the Department of National Defence.
In January 2016, we created the charity Operation Compagnons d'Armes. It was first called Operation Buddy Check. Its goal was to help veterans who were experiencing homelessness.
The relationship between the two groups follows the McDonald's/McDonald House model. We plan to offer career paths to CAF and RCMP veterans.
